I passed first time with Neal, which is a testament to his teaching abilities. He's calm and collected, always delivering feedback and information in a fluid manner suited to the situation or (I imagine) person. He will tell you subpar jokes during your lessons, but that's a small price to pay for a good teacher.

Neil is very experienced and professional driving instructor. I have never driven before and was uneasy to start the practice. Neil was very calm and explained in great detail. Also the lessons were mostly on the evenings as it wouldn't work with other life arrangements. I had to wait for a few months to get lessons booked but it was definitely worth it.
